If you are too eager to get yourself a ThinkPad netbook (Yes, I’m talking about original Atom-based, 10” Thinkpad), we have got some good yet bad news. Let’s start with good news i.e. Lenovo is indeed working on them. Well, the bad news is that you will need to enroll yourself in a school in New South Wales for having access to one. Yep, according to Lenovo, the product is meant for the Australian school district only. The netbook in accordance to sources features a 1024×600 10” screen rather than the original 11.6” one. Also, it boasts a 1.6GHz Atom N450 processor that doesn’t have as power as AMD Neo, which is being used in the X100e. However, you can expect your notebook to run for at least 2 more hours with the same 6 cell battery.
